Once you arrive at the Cancun Airport and have already claimed your luggage, we ask that you continue walking out of the building. On the way you will find timeshare, taxi, tour and car rental sales representatives who will try to get your attention. If you are not interested, keep walking towards the exit door. It will depend on your decision, but it is our duty to recommend that you DO NOT stop. Remember that one of our representatives or your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal with a banner with your name on it to board your vehicle. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an image of the exact place where we will be waiting for you.
